Our vacation home sleeps 9 in two bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Reservations are made for the whole house.
The down stairs contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath with laundry and utility room. The downstairs bedroom contains a queen bed and 1 twin bed. The upstairs contains a large bedroom with 1 queen and 4 twin beds and a full bathroom.
The living room has two couches and 2 chairs. The dining table seats 10. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, baking dishes, ice, dishsoap, towels, dishwasher soap, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms have towels, TP, kleenex, soap, and shampoo. There is a high chair, playpen, bed rail, and a baby gate that can be positioned in place. There are games, puzzles, and books for adults and kids. There is also a whole toy area for the little ones.
There are two steps to navigate to enter the home for those with accessibility issues.
The house is air conditioned in the summer.
There is a smartTV, DVD player, and Wifi included.
The deck contains a picnic table and chairs. A propane grill is available during spring, summer and fall. There is a fire pit with seating and dry wood available until the snow gets too deep. A walking or snowshoeing trail circles the property and the farm is available for walking, berry picking, and playing on the playgrounds. Treats are available to feed the donkeys, goats, and chickens.
In the winter there are 2 sets of snowshoes available for use on our trails as well as sleds. We are a few blocks from the Hermantown snowmobile trail. The parking area is big enough for your snowmobile trailers and you can snowmobile from the house.
Pricing
The vacation rental rents for $200/night weekdays and $250/night weekends May-September. All nights are $200/night in the off-season. Airbnb charges their fee and there is sales tax. For example, a 2-night stay in the off-season would total $486. A 2-night weekend stay in the summer would total $607.
There is a 2-3-night minimum stay between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend. There is a 2-night minimum stay for the off-season.
I offer a weekly, (7 days or more), discount of 21%. I offer a monthly, (28 days or more), discount of 49%.
House Rules
No pets are allowed. I have many animals on the farm to protect.
No smoking or vaping in the house.
No underage drinking.
Quiet time is 10pm-6am.
Please drive slowly up the driveway to protect kids and animals.
Check-in is at 3pm or later. Check-out is 11am.
Maximum guests allowed is 9.

Full refund for cancellations made on the Airbnb website up to 5 days prior to arrival, except for long-terms stays, which would need to be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance.
Craft Retreats
Craft Retreats are available year round. I can accommodate up to 9 crafters but ideal group size is up to 5. I move furniture around and am able to set up a maximum of 5 tables that are 6 feet in length. There is a fabric cutting station and ironing station as well. All tables will have lights, outlets, and rolling chairs. If there are more than 5 crafters, tables will need to be shared.
Pricing for craft retreats is $175/weekdays and $225 weekends. There is a $150 set-up and cleaning fee and sales tax.
